Cooper Ridge wines are produced with all estate grown grapes. Our twelve acres are planted with seven varietals including Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah, Tempranillo, Riesling, Viognier & Gruner Veltliner. **Our Riesling is an off-dry, medium bodied, crisp white wine. Wonderful aromatics of grapefruit, lime, and papaya are complimented by crisp acidity. This wine was fermented in both stainless steel and a concrete “egg”, adding a distinct minerality to this Riesling.

##2013 Pinot Noir
**2013 Pinot Noir is a classic Southern Oregon wine. This medium bodied red wine has beautiful mocha finish. Soft tannins that coat your mouth make this a wonderful wine to pair with light cheeses & lamb dishes.

**This Merlot is a full bodied dry red wine. Tart cherry, Cola, and vanilla are the dominant aromatics. The big mid-palate tannins on this wine will allow it to pair with savory foods such as a thick cut rib eye with melted gorgonzola butter on top.

##2013 Tempranillo
**A medium bodied dry red wine that is extremely food friendly. Dried plum and cranberry are accentuated by clove, allspice, and cinnamon. Soft barrel tannins add to the ample mid-palate and big finish of this Spanish classic.

##2013 Late Harvest Riesling
**Perfume in a wine bottle, this wine has aromas of ripe baked apricot, honeysuckle, sweet pea and yellow roses, ginger, ripe yellow peach and ripe mandarin. The finish leaves a lingering hint of baked apricot on the palate.

**Fruit forward dessert wine. Aromas of ripe plums, raspberry and blackberry, black cherry, figs, ground coffee beans, smoky cedar, cocoa, dried herbs and rose petals. The palate is rich and full, dominated by ripe black fruits, mocha and smoky cedar.

##2011 Pinot Noir
**Rich, voluptuous and ripe; aromas of fresh red and black cherry, spiced strawberry and raspberry pour out of the glass, followed closely by dried violets and potpourri, dry tobacco and tea leaves, black olives, smokey cedar, black and green pepper, and chocolate coated coffee beans. The layers of vanilla, baking spice, cloves and caramel finish to perfection and make it almost impossible to put down. The palate is smooth, ripe, and mouth coating. Dried black and red fruits dominate along with black olives and cracked black pepper, with ripe brown tannins and fresh acidity. The finish is long and focused, highlighted by dried dark fruits, layers of cedar, black pepper and dried tea leaves.
